Panca Darmansyah Kembali Jadi Tersangka Atas Kasus KDRT

The police have again named the suspect Panca Darmansyah for alleged Domestic Violence (KDRT) against his wife, Devi Manisha, which occurred at the rented house of Gg Roman Jalan Kebagusan Raya, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

Previously, the police had confirmed Panca for allegedly premeditated murder of 4 of his biological children. However, now new allegations have been given for the domestic violence case.

"The suspect is already his status. So in the sense that we collect it first with the available evidence. We can make light of the crime that occurred," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Bintoro to reporters, Thursday, December 14.

Bintoro explained that the determination of the suspect's status against Panca was carried out after his party held a case on Monday, December 11 and examined Panca.

Domestic Violence Motivated By Jealousy

South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Ade Ary revealed that the motive for the suspect Panca Darmansyah to kill his four children was jealousy with his wife.

"The motive for suspect P to commit this heinous act was because he was jealous of his wife, sister D," Ade told reporters, Tuesday, December 12.

But unfortunately Kombes Ade did not specify whether he was jealous of romance or about the family's economy, because Panca's wife worked to make money.

Panca committed domestic violence against his wife on Saturday, December 2. As a result of the abuse, his wife was taken to Pasar Minggu Hospital for treatment.

"So that finally Saturday morning there was an act of persecution against sister D, or acts of domestic violence," he said.
