Acquaintance With The Perpetrators At Social Media, Middle School Girl In Deli Serdang Was Raped In Circular

DELI SERdang - A junior high school student with the initials DI became a victim of rape rotating by three men in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. One of the perpetrators turned out to be known to the victim through social media (social media).

The victim's parents who did not accept what happened to their daughter then reported to the Deli Serdang Police, on Tuesday. Officers of the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) of the Deli Serdang Police Satreskrim followed up on the report by securing one of the three perpetrators.

"The perpetrator with the initials AL is 17 years old who is a resident of Tanjung Morawa District," said Head of the Deli Serdang Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Kompol Wirhan Arif, Wednesday, December 13.

Wirhan revealed that the disclosure of this immoral case was after parents heard his daughter's confession that she had been sexually abused.

"The perpetrator of the Navy was arrested at his home in Tanjung Morawa District," said Wirhan.

Wirhan said that the three perpetrators carried out a raid in Tanjung Morawa District. Before being molested, the victim was picked up by perpetrator L who was then taken to his house.

After that, said Wirhan, perpetrator L forced him into the room, but the victim refused by shouting. The victim's screams were ignored, even the perpetrator threatened to persecute if he told him. Then the act of obscenity occurred.

"After the perpetrator had sex with the victim, then the Navy continued and W continued," he said.

In this immoral case, said Wirhan, his party is still developing to pursue other perpetrators, namely, L and W.

"The person concerned is charged with Article 81 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 76 D in lieu of Article 82 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 76 E of Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection with a threat of 15 years in prison," he said.
