PPP Yakin Jawab Ganjar Di Debate Perdana Bakal Tarik Undecided Voters

JAKARTA - Acting Chairperson of the United Development Party (PPP) M. Mardiono believes that the answer to presidential candidate number three, Ganjar Pranowo in the inaugural debate will attract unfair voters or voters who have not made their choice. The former governor of Central Java is considered natural in conveying his idea.

This was conveyed by him in response to the results of the Kompas Research and Development survey which stated that electability was under the pair Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) but the number of unlimited votes reached 28.7 percent.

"I am sure (the voice of the unfair voters will be achieved, ed) but this debate session will be held four times and there will be a debate that will be held by the vice president, of course the public will cumulatively conclude later," Mardiono told reporters at the KPU office, Menteng, Jakarta, Tuesday, December 12.

Mardiono said he was satisfied with Ganjar's appearance. Everything that was conveyed was in accordance with the commitment of the PDIP politician during his career.

"That's Pak Ganjar. So it's without any camouflage or closure, yes, Pak Ganjar always originally conveys his views," he said.

In addition to winning the undecided voters, Ganjar's appearance could also attract the support of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) voters who are now turning to Prabowo. In fact, Mardiono's belief reaches 99 percent.

"Yes, I'm sure. Will return (the voice of Jokowi's supporters, ed) to Pak Ganjar. 99 percent is God's destiny," said Mardiono with a smile.

As previously reported, the General Elections Commission (KPU) has announced a schedule for the 2024 presidential election. This activity will be held five times and will take place in Jakarta.

There are five themes that each debate takes place. In the inaugural debate on Tuesday, December 12, the theme will be related to law, human rights (HAM), government, eradication of corruption, and strengthening democracy.

The second debate will be held on December 22, 2023, with the theme defense, security, geopolitical, and international relations.

Next, the third debate will be held on January 7, 2024 with economic themes (congestion and digital), social welfare, investment, trade, taxes (digital), finance, and management of the state budget.

The fourth debate will be held on January 21, 2024, carrying the theme of energy, natural resources (SDA), SMN, carbon taxes, the environment and agrarianism, as well as indigenous peoples.

Finally, the debate was held on February 4, 2024 with the theme of information technology, improving public services, hoaxes, intolerance, education, health (post-COVID Society), and employment.
