Yemen Will Target Israeli- Destination Ships If Gaza Doesn't Accept Food

JAKARTA - The Yemeni Armed Forces issued a warning statement that it would intercept all ships, from any country of origin, from Israel if Gaza did not receive food and medicine.

The statement was published by a spokesman for the Yaman Armed Forces Yahya Saree on Saturday (11/12) night.

"If Gaza does not get the necessary food and medicines, all ships in the Red Sea bound for the Israeli port, originating from any country, will be the target of our armed forces," the statement read.

The Yemeni military warned all expedition companies not to cooperate with the Israeli regime, saying the ban followed the success of Yemen's operations to prevent Israeli ships from sailing in the Arabian Sea and the Red Sea.

Since the war in Gaza erupted on October 7, the Yemeni military has launched a series of operations against Israeli-affiliated ships in the Red Sea.

They also carried out missile and drone attacks on Israel's position as a form of solidarity with the Palestinian people in the trapped region.
