The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Council Decides 3 Allegations Of Violations Of Firli Bahuri Up To Trial, Here Are The Details

JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has decided that Firli Bahuri's alleged violation will go to trial. The decision was taken after a closed preliminary examination was carried out today, Friday, December 8. "In the near future we will conduct a trial for ethical violations," said Chairman of the KPK Supervisory Board Tumpak Hatorangan Panggabean at a press conference at the ACLC Building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Friday, December 8. Firli allegedly committed three ethical violations. First, a meeting with former Minister of Agriculture Syahrul Yasin Limpo. "There are several meetings and some communications," said Tumpak. "The second, also related to LHKPN which is not true, including debt," he continued. Finally, an ethics trial will also be held regarding the rental of a house on Jalan Kertanegara Number 46.“ We will have a marathon trial expected before the end of the year is over,” he said.

As for the three allegations, Firli is suspected of violating Article 4 Paragraph 2 letter a or Article 4 paragraph 1 letter j and Article 8 of the KPK Council Regulation (Perdewas) Number 3 of 2021.
