Admits Serious DIY Dynasty 'Political' Statement Ade Armando, PSI: Give Us Time For Internal Process

JAKARTA - The PSI DPP admitted that it seriously handled the statement of its cadre Ade Armando which stated that dynastic politics was in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). "So, this is a problem that makes us need to be handled very seriously. Therefore, the internal process of the party is still ongoing," said Deputy Chairman of the PSI Board of Trustees Grace Natalie after accompanying PSI Chairman Kaesang Pangarep to visit the residence of KH. Hasyim Zubair at the Nurul Cholil Islamic Boarding School, West Demangan, Demangan, Bangkalan District/Regency, East Java, Wednesday, December 6, was confiscated by Antara. He also asked media friends to be patient regarding the sanctions that will be given to Ade Armando. "Once again we apologize for any inconvenience caused and this is very, we regret. Please give us time to continue the process internally first," he explained. When asked whether Ade Armando would be fired from PSI or be subject to other sanctions, Grace replied "This is still a very serious problem that we are handling specifically". According to him, Ade Armando himself has received a strong reprimand from PSI Chairman Kaesang Pangarep. "(For sanctions) it is still being met, but there has been a direct strong warning from Mas Kaesang," said Grace.

Menurut dia, Ade Armando sudah membuat video pernyataan permintaan maaf yang disampaikan melalui media sosialnya."Bang Ade menekankan bahwa pendapat yang dilontarkannya adalah opini pribadi, bukan opini PSI. Tidak ada koordinasi sama sekali dan kami pun kaget dengan pernyataan beliau," papar Grace.Sebelumnya, politisi PSI Ade Armando menyampaikan kritik kepada para mahasiswa khususnya Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Universitas Indonesia (UI) dan Universitas Gajah Mada (UGM), yang menggelar aksi protes terkait politik dinasti.Ade Armando menyebut bahwa BEM UI dan BEM UGM ironi karena sesungguhnya Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang mempraktikkan politik dinasti. Hal itu disampaikan Ade Armando lewat akun X miliknya, @adearmando61.
