DENPASAR - Controlling the Jalan Danau Tempe area in South Denpasar, which is suspected to be a place of prostitution, led to an attack on the Denpasar City Satpol PP Office. Denpasar City Government will control the localization of Lake Tempe.

"We together with the Judicial Team consisting of elements from the Prosecutor's Office, TNI, Polri, Satpol PP, and Pecalang will immediately carry out control in the Jalan Danau Tempe area which is suspected to be a place of prostitution, and is complained by the public who are very disturbing to security and order in the area," said Jaya Negara during a meeting with the Denpasar Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), Tuesday, November 28.

During this meeting, a joint commitment was signed with the Denpasar City Government together with Forkopimda, MDA, and the Perbekel or Lurah Forum on maintaining security and public order as well as protecting government officials and public facilities.

The City Government regrets the attack on the Denpasar Satpol PP Office by an unknown person.

Jaya Negara considers this incident to be very disturbing to the security and order situation in Denpasar City, after the Denpasar Satpol PP carried out its control task in the Lake Tempe area to follow up on reports from the public.

"We hope that the perpetrators of the attack on the Denpasar Satpol PP office can be dealt with firmly in accordance with the applicable law and get a deterrent effect," he added.

Meanwhile, Jro Bendesa Adat Irdian, AA Alit Kencana said that this incident deeply disturbed the security and security situation in the Sanur area. He hopes that this situation will not happen again.

He hopes that the location of the Lake Tempe area which is suspected to be a place of prostitution will be brought under control.

"We deeply regret this incident, and hope that this incident will not happen again and encourage the Denpasar City Government to control it," he said.
