Anies Promises More Affordable Bogor-Jakarta Public Transportation

BOGOR - Presidential Candidate number 1 Anies Rasyid Baswedan promised public transportation for the Bogor-Jakarta route which was more affordable when campaigning at GOR Laga Satria, Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong, Bogor Regency, West Java.

"One of the things we want to do is like in Jakarta, we build more affordable public transportation so that our citizens can more easily reach it," Anies said during a speech in front of thousands of supporters as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, November 28.

According to him, with affordable public transportation, commuters do not need to spend a lot of money for transportation purposes.

The former governor of DKI Jakarta revealed that not a few workers in Jakarta live in Bogor Regency, so they consider public transportation as a necessity.

"In Bogor Regency, many residents work in Jakarta, right? Do they live in Bogor and work in Jakarta? We use private vehicles for a long time, the cost is expensive, right? Use public transportation for a limited time, right?," Anies asked his supporters.

Anies conveyed a number of ideas of change with his vision, namely changing people's lives for the better, from cheap foods to affordable housing.

"So why do we need to be here together, because we want to bring justice to achieve a change that is distributed constitutionally, the time is February 14, 2024," he said.
