Presidential candidate number 1, Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) analogized the idea of change promoted by him and presidential candidate Anies Baswedan in the 2024 presidential election is to change people's diet habits. Cak Imin wants the public to change their food menu from instant noodles to healthy food. This was conveyed by Cak Imin while attending the 2024 Election Peace Campaign Declaration. "Changes, changes to the fate of the people, changes from the one at the end of the month eating instam to every month full of healthy eating," said Cak Imin at the Indonesian General Elections Commission (KPU) office, Central Jakarta, Monday, November 27. Cak Imin realizes that people usually consume instant noodles when their income starts to run low at the end of the month. He also claimed that he would try to improve the economic condition of the community so that they could eat nutritious food. Cak Imin also joked that there was a negative impact from the habit of consuming instant noodles, which would lead to an instant leader. "If one month's salary is usually at the end of the month, the average food is instant noodles. Changes, meaning that you no longer eat instant noodles. One month full of nutrition food. Because if all our people eat instant noodles, instant leaders will be born," said Cak Imin with his laughter. The General Elections Commission (KPU) has determined that the election campaign period will take place from 28 November 2023 to 10 February 2024, while the voting is scheduled to be held on 14 February 2024. The inaugural campaign of the candidate pair promoted by the NasDem Party, PKB, and PKS was carried out in separate locations. Anies plans to start a campaign in Jakarta, while Cak Imin will visit Surabaya.

Anies admitted that this was deliberately done to facilitate the reach of their campaign points during the campaign which only lasted 75 days. "We have to reach more that we can reach. Later, from the days ahead, Cak Imin will reach many people, I will also reach the community. If everyone is together, later there will be a little affordable," explained Anies.
