MANADO - Police arrested seven perpetrators involved in clashes between mass organizations in Bitung on Saturday, November 25. The seven perpetrators each had the initials RP, HP, GK, FL, BI, MP, and RA. One of the seven perpetrators is still a minor.

"This clash caused one death due to abuse and material losses in the form of an ambulance and a motorbike," said North Sulawesi Police Chief Inspector General Setyo Budi at a press conference at the Bitung Police Headquarters, Sunday, November 26 evening.

At the first crime scene, there were perpetrators who fled to Manado, Tomohon and Minahasa. "We have arrested 2 perpetrators and have determined suspects. We continue to develop with members to reveal other perpetrators so that it is possible that there are other suspects," he said.
