"The perpetrator of the theft carried out his actions at the Nusantara Pengambengan Fisheries Port, while we tracked the perpetrators of online gambling promotions through cyber patrols," said Jembrana Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head AKP Agus Riwayanto Diputra, Friday, November 24.
Agus said the perpetrator of the theft, namely KH (29) from Banyubiru Village, Negara District, was a recidivist in a theft case who had just been released from prison.
In the crime, the perpetrators targeted vehicles, especially motorbikes, which were parked in the Nusantara Pengambengan Fisheries Port area.
"The perpetrator forcibly opened the motorcycle seat, then took the items stored below. Apart from the motorbike, he also stole a bag containing money from a parked car," he said, quoted by ANTARA.

"We arrested the perpetrator in Denpasar, and from our development we arrested the other perpetrators," he said.
Based on DD's statement, the police arrested AG (19), a woman from Central Java who lives in Denpasar.
The role of AG, said Agus, was to ask DD to install an online gambling promotion on his social media account in exchange for IDR 600,000.
As a result of their actions, the two perpetrators were charged with Article 27 paragraph (2) yunto Article 45 paragraph (2) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.
