All of them are related to Article 28 (2) in conjunction with Article 45 A paragraph (2) of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE and/or Article 14 and/or Article 15 of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Law Regulations. "Investigators from the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya have received 6 police reports from the SPKT Polda Metro Jaya," said Ade.
