JAKARTA - The National Team (Timnas) for the Victory of Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) has been announced. Presidential Candidate (candidate) for the Coalition for Change Anies Baswedan claims his campaign team is filled with people with experience in leading.

According to Anies, the track record of AMIN national team members has been tested for a long time until now.

"Everything behind here is leaders in their respective fields. None of them are carbish here at all. All of them are people with track records since young until now," Anies said at a press conference in Central Jakarta, Monday, November 14.

Anies views, by choosing experienced people, he wants to show the public that his success team is trying to respect the people who are voters in the 2024 presidential election.

"I respect the people because the people need people with track records, long achievements. Not impromptu. That's how we respect the people and there shows that we are struggling for better changes to Indonesia," he explained.

The structure of the members of the AMIN national team is filled by one captain, 12 co-captains, one secretary general, and one treasurer. The background of members of the Anies-Cak Imin campaign team varies, ranging from retired TNI, former ministers, politicians, businessmen, culturalists, to religious leaders.

Anies also revealed the reason his party appointed the former Head of Basarnas M. Syaugi Alaydrus as the captain of the AMIN national team. According to Anies, Syaugi has the leadership and managerial ability of a good organization.

"He has experience in SAR management activities, has leadership experience. If you look at his CV, almost all places lead. He also understands how to manage a fairly large organization. Therefore, his choice falls to Pak Syaugi. And we hope that the density of experiences he has, with the network he has, will have a very large contribution in this winning team," explained Anies.
