Blind Jealousy, Vegetable Traders Killed Stabbed In The Middle Of Market Crowds In Lampung

PESAWARAN - Triggered by blind jealousy, a man in Pesawaran Regency, Lampung sadistically stabbed a vegetable trader to death. Tragically, the stabbing of the victim occurred in the midst of a crowd of market visitors. The stabbing incident by the perpetrator was caught on camera by a resident's cellphone.

In amateur video footage from residents' cellphones, a man sadistically stabbed his sharp weapon into the victim's body repeatedly. The victim, who was helpless, just resigned to receiving a sharp gun stab from the perpetrator.

Tragically, the stabbing incident carried out by the perpetrators indiscriminately took place when the market was crowded with visitors. However, no residents dared to intervene or prevent it.

The stabbing incident of the vegetable trader took place at Sukaraja Market, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung last Saturday, at around 09.00 WIB.

As a result of receiving dozens of stabs of sharp weapons, the victim died covered in blood near his stall. The victim is known as Aan Suhendar (45), a resident of Sukadadi Village, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran.

For the purposes of the investigation, the police immediately put up a police line and processed the crime scene (TKP) at the scene and collected witness statements.

It didn't take long for the police to secure Firmansyah (41 years) for the perpetrator of the stabbing of the victim. From the results of the examination of the perpetrator, it is known, the incident of stabbing the victim was triggered by jealousy from the perpetrator to the victim.

The victim and the perpetrator knew each other, because the perpetrator's wife worked in the market. Before the stabbing occurred, the perpetrator intended to pick up his wife at the market, but saw his wife chatting with the victim, making the perpetrator jealous who immediately stabbed the victim indiscriminately.

To the police, the perpetrator admitted his actions. The perpetrator admitted that he made a mistake because he was jealous and often saw the victim and his wife talking at the market.

"My emotions immediately peaked, it was dark, there were no more thoughts. There was jealousy burning, as if that was the case, sir," said Firmansyah at the Pesawaran Police Station, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, November 14.

From the arrest of the perpetrator, the police confiscated evidence of the victim's clothes and a sharp weapon and a sarong.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Pesawaran Police, AKP Supriyanto Husin, said that the stabbing incident that killed the victim was triggered by excessive jealousy by the perpetrator against the victim.

"The rush is too possessive. Based on the perpetrator's statement, the victim has often spoken with the perpetrator's wife," said AKP Supriyanto.

AKP Supriyanto Husin explained that there were no indications of premeditated murder in the case. Every day, the perpetrator is in a fish pond. He brought a knife to open the fish feed sarong.

"That's why the knife is not too sharp. The perpetrator said, it was never carried away. Left in the pool," he explained.

AKP Supriyanto Husin added that the victim died with 19 stabs in his body.
