Jokowi also stated Indonesia's readiness to work together in developing adequate sports infrastructure, as well as training, educating, and developing the talents of young Indonesian football.
The government will also facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience between Indonesia and the world football community.
"On this occasion, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to FIFA for its trust, for its commitment to Indonesian football, for its great support for the world of Indonesian football," said President Jokowi.
He hopes that the presence of FIFA in Jakarta can be the first step to score brilliant achievements for Indonesian football, improve the quality of competition throughout Indonesia, and inspire young people to achieve their dreams, strengthen sportsmanship, and conquer the world.
