The police said that the Nus Kei group had communicated with Jhon Kei before the attack that killed GR due to gunshot wounds.

Jhon Kei is currently still serving a period of detention at the Nusakambangan prison.

"We have found new facts and we will investigate that before the attack, there was communication between the attack group and John Kei," said Director of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Hengki Haryadi, to reporters, Monday, November 6.

The disclosure of the communication was based on digital evidence found. However, it was not conveyed about the conversation that occurred during communication via telephone.

"The results of the witness' testimony and we obtained digital evidence where we were only confiscated this afternoon, it turned out that we had communicated with Jhon Kei, who is currently in Nusakambangan," he said.

In fact, Hengki said that he did not rule out the possibility of examining Jhon Kei at the Nusakambangan Prison so that the purpose and purpose of the communication could be revealed.

"We found the digital footprint and we will confirm it, if necessary we will go to Nusakambangan to check," said Hengki.

In this case, the police have named 11 suspects. Two of them are still at large and the rest are already in detention cells.

The suspect was charged with Article 169 concerning participating in unlawful acts, as well as Article 358 of the Criminal Code and Article 335 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, the suspect in the shooting on behalf of suspect Felix, is suspected of under Article 340 and Article 338 with a maximum threat of 20 years.
