Central Sulawesi Police Propam Secures Brigadier ZH Regarding Senpi Cases To Be Sold By 2 Students

PALU - The Central Sulawesi Regional Police have arrested a member of the National Police from the Directorate of Vital Object Security (Ditpamobvit) with the initials Brigadier ZH for a case of selling firearms involving two students in Palu City.

"The person suspected of holding the official firearm has been secured by the Central Sulawesi Police Propam," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Police, Kombes Djoko Wienartono, as reported by ANTRA, Friday, November 3.

He explained that Brigadier ZH was arrested after the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Palu City Police arrested two students with the initials MA and MD who wanted to trade firearms on Jalan Talaga on Sunday (29/10). The two students have now been detained at the Palu Police Station.

When questioned by investigators, the two students said they took the firearm when the owner fell asleep on Lagarutu Street. They intend to sell the firearms for IDR 2 million.

"The firearm is a Sig Sauer weapon with number 58C149637 which is registered as an inventory of the Ditpamobvit Polda Central Sulawesi," said Djoko.

According to Djoko, Brigadier ZH was in search of the Central Sulawesi Police Propam and the firearm was an inventory of the Mako Ditpamobvit that he was carrying while on duty.

The reason why the firearms could be lost and then the two students, Brigadier ZH, are still under Propam examination.

"Wait, the perpetrators are still being investigated. The person concerned has just been secured by Propam," he said.
