The Status Of JC One Suspect Of Mother-Child Murder In Subang Is Tested By LPSK

Director of the General Criminal Investigation of the West Java Regional Police, Kombes Surawan, said that the status of justice collaborator/JC, one of the suspects in the murder of a mother-child in Subang, M Ramdana alias Danu, is being tested by the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).

"So yesterday (when he surrendered) MR (Danu) proposed to be a JC accompanied by his attorney and we have examined it. We have submitted it to the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK), just waiting from the LPSK whether it is accepted or not, especially witness protection," said Surawan quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, October 18.

Surawan said Danu admitted to investigators that he was not the executor.

Danu admitted that Yosep ordered him to bring a machete and take him to the location. When he arrived there, Danu was asked by Yosep to wait in the garage.

"After handing over the machete, he admitted that he did not know how the execution took place, and after hearing the victim's screams, MR had entered and saw one of the suspects hitting the victim's head against the wall," said Surawan without elaborating on who the suspect was.

Surawan said the perpetrators had not yet admitted their actions. However, from the suspect YH (Yosep) obtained strong evidence, namely bloodstains.

"From YH or Tuti's husband, we found bloodstains on his clothes so that it was strongly suspected that YH was the perpetrator, so we detained him together with MR," he said.

Because he volunteered as JC, said Surawan, for the time being Danu was temporarily detained in a different place from Yosep for special supervision.

"So for the time being, we are monitoring him in a special place and his family we provide security. Hopefully it will be clearer, especially the motives that we are still investigating," he said.

M Ramdanau alias Danu is the nephew of victim Tuti (55) and victim's cousin Amelia Mustika Ratu (23).

Meanwhile, the other four suspects are the husband and father of the victim Yosep Hidayah, Yosep's young wife, Mimin, and his two stepchildren, Arighi Reksa Pratama and Abi.

However, the police have just arrested Danu and Yosep in the case.
