TANGERANG - The police continue to investigate the case of sexual intercourse allegedly carried out by an online package courier, M (32) alias Kim, against a 13-year-old boy in Mauk, Tangerang Regency.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tangerang Police, Kompol Arief Nazaruddin Yusuf revealed that before the perpetrator had intercourse, he promised to marry her if the victim became pregnant after having sex.

"The suspect also promised to marry the victim if the victim was pregnant," said Arief in his statement, Monday, October 9.

Not only that, Kim also promised to buy something the victim wanted, so that the victim would follow the perpetrator's wishes.

Therefore, based on a temporary examination, Kim and the victim had sex 15 times. They do it in different places.

"After having intercourse the perpetrator) threatened the victim not to tell anyone about it," he said.

On that basis, the victim's mother urged the victim to tell the incident that happened to her. After knowing that, the victim's mother immediately reported it to the police.

The perpetrator has been named a suspect. He was charged with Article 81 of the Child Protection Act with a penalty of 15 years in prison.
