Three Motorcyclists Died After Being Dragged 100 Meters In Kemayoran As A Result Of Being Hit By A White Innova, The Car Driver Had Escaped

JAKARTA As many as 3 people were reported to have died in a motorized vehicle accident that occurred on Jalan Benjamin Sueb, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Sunday, October 8, at around 23.50 WIB.

According to information, the victim who died was a motorcyclist who was hit by a Kijang Innova car with police number B 1528 TZK.

The victim died at the scene with severe injuries and the condition of the motorbike that was badly damaged. Allegedly, the white Kijang Innova was at high speed.

Police officers who received the report that night immediately evacuated with residents and the medical team.

Head of Central Jakarta Metro Traffic Unit, Kompol Gomos Simamora confirmed the incident. Now, the three bodies are already at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM).

"It is true that last night there was an accident involving a motorbike and a car. Three people died in the incident," Kompol Gomos told reporters, Monday, October 9.

Kompol Gomos said that currently his party is still investigating the collision between Kijang Innova's car. The cause of the deadly collision is not yet known. Meanwhile, his party is still examining a number of witnesses.

"The information for the three dead people is one woman and two men. Currently at the RSCM. Meanwhile, the car driver has been secured at the Central Jakarta Metro Police," he said.

From the information gathered, the deadly collision occurred on Jalan Benjamin Sueb which occurred not far from the Benjamin Sueb Flyover. The car driver was about to escape but was caught.

The car was heavily destroyed on the front and the car radiator broke down so that the car broke down. The victims were dragged 100 meters.
