"Currently, the alleged perpetrator is being chased by officers in the field, the characteristics of the perpetrators have also been identified based on the victim's statement," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, September 23.

The incident occurred when the two of them parked their vehicles on a farmer business road that divides rice fields in Rimbo Recap Village, which are usually always crowded with young people to do selfies or just hanging out.

The robbery was carried out by a man using a machete.

But fortunately the victim's Honda Beat BD 6790 GK motorcycle could not be taken away because it could not be turned on and only took one cellphone belonging to the victim with a loss value of Rp. 8 million.

The Head of Rimbo Village, Recap Agusman, said that the robbery that took place in the rice fields which became one of the tourist attractions in his village had been coordinated with related parties so that it would not be repeated.

"This incident is the first time, maybe because at the time of the incident conditions were quiet, even though usually this area is always crowded with people," he explained.

According to him, the incident could have been carried out spontaneously by the perpetrators because he saw two victims alone and the rice fields were deserted because most of the residents as rice farmers had returned to their respective homes.
