The Ministry Of PUPR Disburses IDR 17 Billion To Build Huntap For Abrasi Victims In Minsel

MANADO - Head of the Sulawesi Housing Provision Agency (BP2P) I, Recky W Lahope, said the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) spent a budget of Rp. 17 billion to build permanent housing (huntap) in South Minahasa Regency (Minsel), North Sulawesi (Sulut).

"As many as 114 huntaps that we built will be given to residents affected by Amurang Beach abrasion some time ago," said Recky in Manado as reported by ANTARA, Monday, September 18.

The houses built for residents affected by the abrasion are type 36, the same as those built for victims of natural disasters elsewhere.

This Huntap, which was built, was built by the Healthy Instan Semedhana House (RISHA) and developed by the Bandung Research and Development Center (Puslitbang).

"We install the fabrication of this building here, the ease of pairing it. This RISHA building is built in a cluster that is beautifully arranged and allows people to feel comfortable when occupying it," he said.

He said the construction of 114 huntaps was temporarily ongoing and would be spurred by the completion of their work until October 2023.

BP2P Sulawesi I builds housing, while creating works provides public facilities to electricity lighting.

"A total of 114 huntaps built stand on two hectares of land," he said.

He said it could not be rejected if the border line after the Amurang beach border entered so that many residents' houses were affected.

"If there are buildings that are affected by abrasion and must be built, we just have to wait for the directive from the President or Minister regarding this matter in accordance with the decree issued by the district government," he said.
