High School Student In Samosir Raped And Threatened With Porn Video By 3 Men

SAMOSIR - A high school student with the initials JS (16) in Samosir Regency, North Sumatra (North Sumatra) became a victim of the rape of three men with the mode of looking for victims.

Unfortunately, the depraved acts were carried out by the perpetrators repeatedly with threats of spreading pornographic videos of victims. The Samosir Police moved quickly and arrested the three perpetrators of the rape.

The three men who were arrested each had the initials RS (21), ZS (18), and TTS (19), residents of Panarooran District, Samosir Regency. The suspects TTS and ZS are known to be brothers. To the officers, the three suspects admitted their actions of raping the victim JS.

This rape case was revealed after the victim JS told the teacher at her school. The teacher informed the victim's family and then reported it to the Samosir Police on September 6, 2023 yesterday.

Samosir Police Satreskrim personnel who received reports from the victim's family immediately moved quickly to conduct an investigation and arrest the three perpetrators at their respective residences without a fight, Tuesday night.

Samosir Police Chief, AKBP Yogie Hardiman said the rape experienced by the victim occurred in mid-February 2023. At that time, the perpetrator of the hospital became acquainted with the victim and asked her to date.

After several days of dating, the hospital raped the victim and happened many times. Because he was not strong enough to become a sex slave at the hospital, the victim decided on a dating relationship with the perpetrator of the hospital.

The perpetrators of the hospital, who at that time were hurt, worked together to introduce their colleagues, namely the perpetrators ZS and TTS who were brothers to the victim. After the perpetrators ZS and TTS managed to get to know the victim JS, the perpetrator ZS invited the victim to take a walk somewhere in Panarooran District, Samosir.

The victim was forced to serve his lust, ZS, and under the threat of spreading a video of sexual intercourse between the hospital and himself. Victim JS who was afraid to obey the perpetrator's wishes.

It didn't stop there, at the end of April 2023, TTS, ZS's older brother raped the victim with the same threat, namely that he would distribute pornographic videos between the victim and the hospital to social media.

After several intercourses, the victim refused and cut ties with the perpetrator. The suspect who was hurt introduced the victim to two of his colleagues, namely another suspect.

"The other two suspects also approached the victim until the unwanted things happened again by threatening the victim to describe a video of sexual intercourse between the victim and the perpetrator on social media. So here there is a threat of violence and violence against the victim," said Yogie, Thursday, September 14.

The suspects are now languishing in the detention cell of the Samosir Police Headquarters. The three of them were charged with the Child Protection Law with a penalty of 15 years in prison.
