While In Prison, Golden Woman Hasnaeni Admits She Was Harassed Until She Was Bitten By A Rat

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Mission Mulia Metrical, Hasnaeni or known as the Golden Woman, said that 99 percent of Pondok Bambu detention prisoners have sexual or lesbian irregularities and have been laid off and have also been bitten by rats. Hasnaeni, who was accused of corruption in the case of misappropriation of the use of PT Waskita Beton Precast funds, admitted that he had been harassed by fellow prisoners of Pondok Bambu Detention. "There was almost 99 percent of it. So the sex deviation was there and it made me restless," said Hasnaeni after undergoing a verdict trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court, Wednesday, September 13. "There was a new time in. There was a new time to come in. At that time I was angry when he was holding it like that, yes. I was angry, finally no longer," Hasnaeni added. Apart from being harassed by fellow detainees, Hasnaeni claimed to have been bitten by a mouse at the Pondok Bambu Detention Center. For that, Hasnaeni asked for his detention to be transferred. In the case of alleged corruption in the deviation of PT Waskita Beton Precast, Hasnaeni was sentenced to 5 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 500 million. In addition, Hasnaeni was sentenced to an additional penalty in the form of the obligation to pay replacement money amounting to Rp 17.5 billion. After hearing the verdict of the panel of judges, Hasnaeni claimed not guilty. Hasnaeni admitted that he had never signed the accused documents. "What is clear is that I do not feel guilty. As stated to His Majesty, I used his signature by my people. So I was very heavy. Once lived a day in detention. It is very difficult to suffer what I went through," said Hasnaeni. Hasnaeni's attitude was one of the reason for the panel of judges to burden the verdict. "That the defendant did not feel guilty and showed an attitude of regret for his actions. The defendant only regretted that he had done the same work with PT Waskita Beton Precast," said the judge.

Meanwhile, the factors that ease the verdict because Hasnaeni is polite, has never been involved in legal cases, and has three children who are still dependent. The judge's vocalist is lighter than the demands of the public prosecutor who demanded that Hasnaeni be sentenced to 7 years in prison, a fine of Rp. 500 million, subsidiary to 4 months in prison, and to pay compensation of Rp. 17.5 billion, subsidiary to 3 years in prison.
