Ministry Of Religion Forms Child Protection Task Force In Madrasah Boltim, Tasks Anti-Delay Campaign

NORTH SULAWESI - The Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) formed a child protection task force to oversee all madrasas in Bolaang Mongondouw Timur (Boltim) Regency, North Sulawesi Province (Sulut).

"The formation of this task force is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Boltim Regency Ministry of Religion Number 91 of 2023," said Head of the Head of the Head Office of the Boltim Regency Office, Aswin Kiay Demak, in Manado, Friday, August 24, which was confiscated by Antara.

He explained that all Madrasahs Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah in Boltim Regency sent representatives consisting of one coaching teacher and three students who were members of the Intra Madrasah Student Organization (OSIM) to become the Child Protection Task Force team.

With this task force, the Head of the Ministry of Religion hopes that teachers and students who have been appointed can carry out their duties that have been mandated as well as possible.

One of them is to provide socialization to all students in their respective schools about anti-bullying or bullying in accordance with RI Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection.

Head of UPTD P3A Boltim Abdul Rahman said that in the future his party would bring in an inaugurated task force to assist the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in anti-bullying socialization in the Boltim community.

Thus, he hopes that the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) of Boltim Regency can continue to maintain the middle title which has been delegated by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection for two consecutive years.

It is the duty of the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Boltim Regency to socialize child protection to the entire Boltim community.

For this reason, with the issuance of this MoU, the Head of UPTD hopes to synergize and collaborate with the Ministry of Religion not only in creating programs but also to provide socialization to all students and the Boltim community regarding prevention, handling, and child protection.
