The DBH suspect file in the alleged corruption case in the management of funds from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at the Sumbawa Hospital for the 2022 budget year was declared complete.

Head of the Intelligence Section of the Sumbawa District Attorney's Office, Zanuar Irkham, said that his party immediately scheduled the transfer of suspects and evidence to the public prosecutor or the implementation of phase two.

"So, the handling is only phase two. Later for its implementation, we will inform you again," he said by telephone, Wednesday, August 23, quoted by Antara.

Regarding the suspect DBH who is the former Director of the Sumbawa Hospital, he is filing a pretrial at the Sumbawa District Court (PN), Zanuar emphasized that this would not hinder the legal process.

"The issue (pretrial) does not interfere. The legal process is still ongoing, it's only phase two," he said.

Then, the issue of the suspect DHB who claimed to have a typhological illness, Zanuar said that his party had conducted a medical test on DHB at the Sumbawa Prison clinic which was a place for detention.

"We have done a medical test at the Sumbawa Prison clinic and the results are negative," he said.

Investigators in this case named DHB as a suspect by applying Article 12 letter e in conjunction with Article 23 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law no. 20 of 2001 in conjunction with Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.

The prosecutor's office named DHB as a suspect based on evidence that strengthens the existence of a criminal act of extortion corruption when DHB was still in the position of Director of the Sumbawa Hospital. One of them is related to the emergence of state losses resulting from the independent count of investigators with a value of at least Rp. 1 billion.
