Using An Incentrator, 2 Kg Of Methamphetamine From 43 Narcotics Cases Were Destroyed By The Kendari Kejari

SULTRA - Kendari District Attorney (Kejari) destroyed 2 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine from 43 narcotics cases that had an inkrah decision.

Head of Section (Kasi) for Management of Evidence and Looted Goods at the Kendari Kejari Rahmi Yunita said the destruction used an Incentrator car in the courtyard of the Kendari Kejari Office.

"There are 2 kilos of methamphetamine, which we destroyed already has permanent legal force or commitment," said Rahmi Yunita in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, as quoted by Antara, Tuesday, August 22.

He revealed that the destroyed evidence was a case handled in the last three months, or June-August 2023.

Rahmi Yunita also revealed that for the suspects from the narcotics case that had just been destroyed, there were 50 people who were the delegation of cases from the Kendari Police, Southeast Sulawesi Police, and the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP).

"The least is 0.16 grams and then the most is 513 grams," he said.

In addition, continued Rahmi Yunita, non-narcotic evidence was also destroyed, namely cellphones, digital scales, and clothes.

For now, said Rahmi Yunita, there are still narcotics cases being handled by the Kendari Kejari and are currently undergoing trial.

"Right now, there are still ongoing cases, there are still many narcotics cases that are currently being tried, including marijuana trials. So we can't destroy them yet," he said.

Prior to the destruction, the evidence of the type of methamphetamine had previously been tested or tested at the POM Hall and the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police to ensure that this evidence was truly narcotics.
