Feeling A Victim, Shane Lukas Asks To Be Released

JAKARTA - Defendant Shane Lukas asked the panel of judges to release him. Because, he claimed to be a victim in the alleged abuse case against David Ozora. The request was submitted when he read out the memorandum of defense or plea at the trial of severe persecution at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, August 22. "I hope to accept my defense, I believe that compliance. Even so, if Your Majesty, the chairman and member of the panel of judges as representatives of God who decides this case are willing to give a free verdict to me or at least the decision is free from prosecution," said Shane. Shane claims himself to be a victim because he is not aware of the problems that occurred between Mario and David Ozora. Moreover, he was forced by Rafael Alun Trisambodo's son to accompany him. "On this occasion I would like to convey that I also feel that I was a victim in this incident. Because of what I did and I heard during this trial process," he said. "I don't really know much about the many problems between Mario, AG, Amanda and David, as well as the people Mario had invited before the incident that night," Shane continued. Shane claims he only knows that David Ozora has abused AG's son. That was based on Mario Dandy's statement. "I only know from what Mario told me about a boyfriend who was harassed by someone to me. I didn't even know AG, or David. I knew AG and David just that day," Shane said.

Shane Lukas was originally sentenced to 5 years in prison in a case of severe abuse against David Ozora. He was also burdened with a refund payment of Rp120 billion. However, if you can't afford it, you will be replaced with 6 months in prison.
