The Mataram District Court (PN) received the transfer of the case file of suspect Sri Suzana in the alleged corruption case in the procurement of metrological equipment and other facilities at the Dompu Industry and Trade Office (Disperindag).

Sri is the former Head of the Dompu Disperindag who acts as the power user of the budget (KPA) as well as the project commitment maker (PPK) official in this case. This suspect had experienced a vertigo so that the second stage of filing at the Dompu District Attorney's Office (Kejari) was delayed.

"Yes, the case has been filed under the name of the defendant Sri Suzana. We received it from the Dompu Kejari," said Mataram District Court Spokesperson Kelik Trimargo in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Monday, August 21, which was confiscated by Antara.

Sri will soon undergo trial. However, the date is still waiting for a decision from the panel of judges.

"So, there has been no determination of the agenda for the trial, still waiting from the assembly," said Kelik.

In this alleged corruption case, the files of two other suspects HI alias Iskandar and Yanrik were complete, aka P21. In fact, both of them have been scheduled for the inaugural trial on Thursday, August 24th.

Previously, Spokesperson for the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Efrien Saputera, said that the suspect Sri Suzana did not follow the second stage of investigators for reasons of suffering from vertigo which required her to undergo medical treatment at the Dompu District Hospital. However, this reason does not include the results of laboratory checks from the hospital.

Kejari Dompu investigators then coordinated with the Dompu Hospital to ensure the health condition of the suspect Sri Suzana to immediately undergo phase two.

"So, before the second stage of SS (Sri Suzana), investigators will re-assert their health condition through a specialist in internal and nerve diseases," said Efrien.

In this alleged corruption case, Sri Suzana was named a suspect along with Iskandar as the former Head of the Trade Division at the Disperindag Dompu who acted as the project's technical implementing officer (PPTK), and the suspect Yanrik as project implementer.

Investigators named the three as suspects based on one of the pieces of evidence that strengthens investigators in determining the three of them as suspects is the result of calculating state financial losses (PKKN) from the NTB Inspectorate with a value of Rp398 million.

Based on data from the official LPSE website of Dompu Regency, the work on this metrological equipment procurement project and other infrastructure cost the Dompu APBD with a value of Rp1.42 billion.

The procurement of the project was carried out by a company with the initials FA with its address at Potu Village, Dompu District, Dompu Regency.
