Lampung Provincial Government Removes ASN Persecutors Of Internship Employees

BANDAR LAMPUNG - Lampung Provincial Government removed the position of state civil servant (ASN) reportedly involved in the persecution of interns at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) office.

"For ASN (reported) the molestation of five interns at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) office is being investigated further by the inspectorate, and later they will also be questioned by the victim," said the Daily Executive (Plh) Head of the Lampung Province Information and Statistics Communications Office (Kominfotik) Achmad Syaifullah in Bandar Lampung as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, August 10.

The reported ASN who molested the apprentice is currently in the process of removing his position.

"This afternoon, a decree will also be signed for the release of the position concerned as the head of the field at the Lampung Province BKD, so as not to interfere with the ongoing legal process," he said.

With the release of the reported molestation from echelon three, it will facilitate further investigation. If a more serious violation is found in the process, sanctions for demotion or heavier sanctions can be imposed.

"We will see the legal process, based on the statement that the action is only an effort to instill a spirit of correlation, further sanctions can be reduced or if the violation is heavier, the sanctions can be heavier, because what is certain is that the decision letter for removing from office will be signed by the Governor of Lampung this afternoon," he said.

Meanwhile, Lampung Provincial Inspector Fredy said there were four non-structural ASN who were BKD employees being examined. All those involved will be examined to make the case clearer.

While the legal process continues, the reported party has now been given a dismissal sanction.

"If this develops, someone admits that they are doing this again and it is proven that they can increase the number of people being examined, which is clear that the ASN has admitted to beating the victim and has been sanctioned," he added.

The persecution in the office of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Lampung Province occurred against intermediaries. The perpetrator, the ASN echelon three with the initials DRZ who is a senior victim at the official school.

For this incident, one of the five apprentices with the initials AF (23) had to undergo treatment at the Abdul Moeloek Regional General Hospital.
