JAKARTA - Bank Jakarta again recorded achievements in the national banking industry by winning three awards in the 23rd Infobank-MRI Banking Customer Experience Appreciation 2026 held in conjunction with the Mid Year Economic Outlook 2026 at the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, Jakarta, Friday, June 26.

The awards include The Best Region Bank in Convenient Branch Experience, The Best Region Bank in Opening Account via Mobile Apps Experience, and Consistent Region Bank in The Best Customer Experience for 15 Consecutive Years (2012-2026).

This achievement reflects Bank Jakarta's success in maintaining the quality of services to customers, both through its branch network and strengthening digital services which are the focus of the company's transformation.

The Infobank-MRI Banking Customer Experience Appreciation event is an award given based on independent research on the quality of customer experience on various banking service channels.

Bank Jakarta President Director Agus H. Widodo said the award was an encouragement for the company to continue to improve the quality of its services.

This award is an incentive for us to continue to innovate in improving the quality of services and providing an increasingly better banking experience," said Agus through a written statement received by VOI, Friday.

Meanwhile, Bank Jakarta's Director of Technology & Operations Daniel Setiawan Subianto said that digital transformation continues to be strengthened in line with efforts to increase customer convenience.

According to him, Bank Jakarta maintains the consistency of service quality across its branch network spread across Jabodetabek, Bandung, Solo, Gresik to Lampung, while expanding digital service innovation.

"We are directing various innovations in our services to be more easily accessible, safe, and able to meet the evolving needs of customers," said Daniel.

Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi added that the award was motivation for all Bank Jakarta people to continue to provide adaptive services and strengthen competitiveness as a modern bank that is oriented towards community needs.
