Meanwhile, from the information of the occupants of the house, before the fire occurred, the owner of the house and her child left the house empty, to buy small snacks at a shop not far from where they live.
"From the description of the owner of the house, when left empty the place where his electronic rice cooker was alive. Meanwhile, his gas stove and electric fan were not on," he explained.
