West Pasaman Students Bring The Family Of The Enemyroyok During Duel 1 Against 1, Victims Of Babak Belur Report Police

SUMBAR - A student of SMA Negeri (SMAN) 1 Air Bangis, Sungai Beremas District, West Pasaman, West Sumatra (West Sumatra), became a victim of a beating. The police intervened to investigate the case involving this fellow student.

"The victim named AH (16), a resident of Jorong Kampung Padang Selatan, Nagari Air Bangis, Sungai Beremas District, West Pasaman and is currently being investigated, by examining the victim and asking for information from a number of witnesses at the crime scene (TKP)," said West Pasaman Police Chief AKBP Agung Basuki through the Beremas River Police Chief AKP Efriadi at Simpang Empat, Sunday.

He said the beating took place next to the Youth Command Post, precisely at the Simpang SMA Negeri 1 Beremas River, Wednesday, July 26 at around 10.30 WIB.

Sungai Beremas Police Chief AKP Efriadi added that the beating began when the victim came home from SMA Negeri 1 Air Bangis.

Arriving at the school intersection, precisely at the youth post, the victim met the perpetrator FZ (18) who was also still in the same school as the victim.

After meeting at the Youth Command Post, the perpetrator FZ invited victim AH to fight. When the two were about to fight, FZ's relatives, each with the initials FH (20), RZ (29) and RJ (15) came to the Youth Command Post to intervene.

The arrival of the brothers from FZ made the victim AH cornered. AH was finally hit by FH's kick, a shot right in the nose by FZ, and a beating on the back by RJ.

When the victim, who was bleeding in the nose, was about to run away, suddenly he was intercepted by the IN (20) perpetrator who was already at the location.

"At that time, the IN perpetrator held the collar of the victim's clothes, while the victim tried to protect the face, then the perpetrators FZ, FH, RZ and RJ and also several other school children whose names were unknown, returned to beating the victim's head, back and face," he said.

He said, as a result of this beating, the victim was battered and fell unconscious. Residents and other students who knew about it took the victim to the Air Bangis Health Center.

"Receiving information on the beating, the victim's family reported the incident to the Beremas River Police Headquarters with Police Report Number: LP/36/VII/2023/SEK-SB dated July 26, 2023," he said.

He explained that the school was trying to mediate with both parties. However, his party continues the investigation.

"The perpetrator and the victim, he said, are students in the same school. We have also met with the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Air Bangis to anticipate further fights between students," he explained.

The Sungai Beremas Police will mediate and mediate the incident with both the families of the perpetrators and the victims and involve ninik mamak, community leaders and 1 Air Bangis State High School.
