Kejari Sita Uang Rp500 Juta Terkait Kasus Korupsi RS Arun Lhokseumawe

BANDA ACEH - Investigator of the Lhokseumawe District Attorney's Office (Kejari) again confiscated Rp500 million from the former Director of PT Pembangunan Lhokseumawe (PTPL) with the initials AG, which is suspected to be a flow of funds for corruption cases at PT Arun Lhokseumawe Hospital, Aceh.

said that the confiscation of the flow of corruption funds amounting to Rp500 million, the total state money that had been saved reached Rp9,759 billion.

"Currently, the total refund of state money that has been received by the investigating prosecutor team in the corruption case of PT Arun Lhokseumawe Hospital has so far reached Rp9,759 billion. This figure is still very far from the total state loss of Rp44.9 billion," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, July 18.

He said the confiscated money had been deposited with the bank to be deposited in another government account (RPL) belonging to the Lhokseumawe Kejari as evidence in the case.

"We also express our gratitude to the chairman of the Lhokseumawe District Court for his judicial support because every projustitia action that requires permission or court approval is always obtained smoothly," he said.

In addition, he said, his party also asked parties who feel they are enjoying the results of the corruption crime at PT RS Arun so that with their own awareness they immediately hand over to investigators for confiscation.

"To all parties, both individuals and corporations who feel that they have received the flow of funds to immediately return them. Otherwise, the prosecutor's team of investigators has their own way of tracing the funds," he said.
