JAKARTA - A young man with the initials S (38) was found dead with his body hanging in his living room on Jalan Nanas Raya, Utan Kayu Selatan Village, Matraman District, East Jakarta, Sunday, June 25. From his identity, the victim was recorded as unmarried.

According to T's statement, one of the eyewitnesses to the incident, at around 11.00 WIB he heard an object falling from the 2nd floor of his house while he was cleaning his chicken.

Then at around 16.30 WIB, the mother of the witness screamed to wake the victim but there was no answer.

T then went up and up knocked on the victim's room door on the 2nd floor, but there was no answer and it was locked from the inside. T then tried to see the condition in the room through the next room.

T was surprised when he saw that victim S was already in a position hanging from the window frame.

"I jumped over the window, seeing that the victim's condition was already in a hanging position on the window frame using a red mine in a state of death and the condition of the tongue was scattered," said witness T, quoted from a report received by VOI, Monday, June 26.

Then T asked for help from his older brother with the initials AJ to help lower the victim's body.

The incident was then reported to neighbors. The victim's body was then taken to the RSCM for further processing. Meanwhile, the case is being handled by the Matraman Police Criminal Investigation Unit.
