11 Times The Banggai Regency Government Has Received WTP Opinions From BPK

JAKARTA - Deputy Regent of Banggai Furqanuddin Masulili accompanied by Regional Secretary Abdullah attended the submission of the Examination Result Report on the Financial Statements of the Regional Government for Fiscal Year 2022 to the Regency/City Government in Central Sulawesi Province.

The Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) again provided an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on the Financial Statements of the Banggai Regency Government in 2022 after last year this area also received the same opinion.

This was conveyed when the Head of BPK Representative for Central Sulawesi Province, Binsar Karyanto, handed over the Examination Result Report (LHP) on the Financial Statements of the Banggai Regency Government in 2022. The LHP was received by Furqanuddin and the Chairman of the BanggaiRegency DPRD Suprapto N.

Based on Article 20 of Law Number 15 of 2004 concerning Examination of Management and Responsibility of State Finance, it is ensured that officials are obliged to follow up on the recommendations of the examination results report.

The answer or explanation referred to BPK no later than 60 days after the report on the results of the examination was received.

BPK hopes that the results of the examination can encourage and motivate the Banggai Regency Government to continue to improve the implementation of management and accountability in accordance with statutory regulations.
