JAKARTA - The case of a hit-and-run at the Cakung East Jakarta toll gate which resulted in the death of a motorbike rider with the initials MSP alias Moses (34), committed by OD (24), is now being transferred to the Metro Jaya Police Dirlantas.
The victim's attorney said that he would oversee this case to completion.

Deputy Director of Metro Jaya Police AKBP Doni Hermawan said, together with the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of Metro Jaya Police, they are holding a special case related to the death of MSP alias Moses (34), a motorbike rider after being hit and run over by OS (24) in the Cakung area, East Jakarta.
"We are holding another case specifically by involving the Ditreskrimum again," said AKBP Doni.
AKBP Doni said that the title of the special case was carried out to review the construction of the articles that would be applied to the suspect. The reason is, in this case there was an element of intent that caused people to die.
