JAKARTA - The Ministry of Religion formed an Armina Operational Unit consisting of three task forces in preparation for the peak of the pilgrimage in Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Mina.

The three task forces are the Arafah Task Force for the airport work area, the Muzdalifah Task Force for the working area of Mecca, and the Mina Task Force for the work area of Medina.
Subhan detailed that in each task force there will be an adhoc team, each with 11 teams. Each adhoc team is tasked with providing services to all pilgrims while in Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Mina.
This adhoc team, said Subhan, consisted of Jemaah (linjam) protection officers, the First Crisis and Relief Handling Team in Congregations (PKP3JH), health workers, elderly service officers, and the worship guidance team.
"God willing, we will provide service needs to the congregation through adhoc points," said Subhan.
In addition, said Subhan, his party will also place a number of personnel in the 70 maktab occupied by Indonesian Hajj participants.
They are tasked with supervising Maktab in providing accommodation services for the congregation. In addition, there are also personnel who will supervise catering services.
"Congregants will receive 16 times of catering services while in Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Mina. This service is prepared by the maktab. We have prepared an attached team to carry out surveillance," said Subhan.
Especially in Mina, said Subhan, in addition to the adhoc team which is placed at 11 points in the Jemaah tent area, the Jamarat team has also been prepared. This team will be prepared at 10 points, as many as five points on the upper congregation route, and five points on the lower congregation route.
"We have prepared security routes above and below. This is because the route for the movement of Indonesian pilgrims from Mina tents to Jamarat which is prepared by Saudi Arabia can go through the upper lane and there is also the potential for congregations through the lower lane. From Jamarat to the tent in Mina, eight officer posts were prepared. At each post a number of personnel were placed to escort the congregation while on the way to and from Jamarat.
