Inaugurating RTH Leyangan, Ganjar Hopes To Improve Community Welfare

SEMARANG The Central Java Provincial Government annually roll out financial assistance (bankeu) to the village government. The assistance is used for physical and unphysical development. The goal is to improve the welfare of the community.

For example, in Leyangan Village, East Ungaran, Semarang Regency. Bankeu funds from the Central Java Provincial Government are used to build public green open spaces (RTH). That afternoon, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo inaugurated the public green open space in Leyangan Village, Wednesday, May 31.

The inauguration of the public green open space which was built using Central Java Province's bankeu funds was lively. Ganjar asked an impromptu artist to sing the Garuda Pancasila song, entertaining invited guests.

"This is because there is no entertainment, I just ignore the artist directly. Come on, which one can sing and raise his hand," said Ganjar in front of dozens of Leyangan Elementary School students who were excited to welcome him from the start.

'I am sir, I can, sir. I want to,' said the students fighting for a show.

Ganjar then appointed a boy named Dinda. The 2nd grade student at SD N Leyangan was also lined up by Ganjar to sing a song in front of the invited guests.

"I just sing Garuda Pancasila, sir, who memorizes it," said Dinda confidently.

The public's green open space in Leyangan Village stands on a village area of 5,000 meters. This open space was built using the TA 222 Province Financial Aid fund worth IDR 3 billion.

"Children can play here, it is made quite a good stage, our children can see a good view so that it can be used as an area or space for people to carry out activities," said Ganjar after the review.

In addition to being able to be used as a place for performing arts as exemplified by Dinda, Ganjar said, green open space can also be used for sports activities, and exhibitions for MSMEs.

"So the village income can increase, because this is the land for village treasury land. So we gave some assistance earlier to grow tourist villages, village-owned business entities so that they can grow well," he said.

In addition to inaugurating the green open space from the bank, Ganjar also handed over other assistance to the Semarang Regency Government. The total assistance provided to the district government and the community was IDR 154,296,970,000.

"I entrust it, don't corrupt it. It's well monitored. If someone disturbs me, he says I won't pull it," he said.

The assistance provided included RTLH, Prosperous Central Java Card Social Assistance, Biogas Digester, facilities assistance for the environment and finance, assistance for livestock facilities and assistance for marine and fishery facilities.

"I ask not only to be good at the beginning, but good at the future. Keep it, it will be good, cool, the children can play and this can make people happy," he said.
