He explained that the two suspects were part of a group of thieves who had disturbed the public, even when committing their crimes they carried sharp weapons to threaten the victim.

According to him, the mode used by the suspect was to supervise minimarkets that had been targeted, then surveyed first, and then after knowing the terrain they immediately took action.

"During the action, these thieves carried sharp weapons and threatened employees to show the safe and hand over cash," he said.

He added that during the action, five people, two have been arrested by the Cirebon City Police, and one by the Cirebon Police and two people are still being chased.

Ariek said the two suspects admitted that they had committed theft several times with the same mode, and this was done in several areas in West Java and Banten.

As a result of their actions, the suspects were charged with Article 365 (1), (2) sub 2e of the Criminal Code with the threat of imprisonment for 12 years.
