West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Inspectorate received the value of state losses in the alleged corruption case of grant funds from the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of Dompu Regency.
Inspector of the NTB Inspectorate Ibnu Salim said that this value is currently in the process of completing the files for the delegation needs to the prosecutor's investigators.
"So, for KONI, we are currently evaluating the final results of the PKN (computation of state losses) and finalizing the files for the next time we will hand it over to investigators," said Ibnu in Mataram, NTB, Wednesday, May 10, quoted by Antara.
Regarding the value of the loss from the results (PKN) of the inspectorate, he was reluctant to give a response because it became the authority of the prosecutor's office to investigate the case.
"We do not have the authority to convey the results of the PKN because we only help," he said.
The calculation of state losses in this case is part of the prosecutor's efforts to complete the evidence.
The NTB Prosecutor's Office in handling this case has also named the Chairman of KONI Dompu for the 2017-2021 period with the initials PT as a suspect.
Investigators named PT as a suspect by applying the allegations of Article 2 paragraph (1) and/or Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law no. 20 of 2001.
With this determination, investigators detained PT at the State Detention Center at the Mataram Class IIA Correctional Institution (Lapas).
During the investigation process, the prosecutor's office conducted a search. There are two locations, the Dompu Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Office and the Dompu Education, Youth and Sports Office (Dikpora).
The search was led directly by the Coordinator for the Special Investigation Unit of the NTB Attorney General's Office, Burhanudin. A team from the NTB Prosecutor's Office came down accompanied by the Head of Intelligence at the Dompu Kejari, Indra Julkarnain.
