After finishing using toilet facilities, the two victims who did not know each other went hand in hand to pay levies to the suspect.
"Then the victim AW was shocked because he saw the suspect sitting upright on the chair and his hands were on the table, then his legs opened and showed his genitals," he said.
Shocked by the incident, both of them then withdrew.
Meanwhile, NW, who was holding a smartphone at that time, admitted that he had accidentally recorded the immoral act.
"Because of his desire for video calls, but at that time his cellphone was stuck for an accidental video, the NW victim recorded that the suspect was in the same position as the victim AW saw," he said.
The two victims took the initiative to report the incident to the Kraton Police, then followed up by officers by visiting the TKP and interrogateing the perpetrators.
"The Satreskrim picket officers and the Kraton Police went to the TKP and then secured the suspect and were taken to the Yogyakarta Police," he said.
