JAKARTA - Former Chairman of the Judicial Commission (KY) Jaja Ahmad Jayus passed away today, Friday, April 21. This news was conveyed by KY Spokesperson Miko Ginting in a written statement.

Miko did not specify the cause of Jaja's death. However, he said Jaja had indeed been treated intensively recently after experiencing a stabbing incident.
"The cause of death has not been further informed and is definitely medical. However, after the stabbing incident, he was indeed treated intensively at the hospital," he explained.
For information, Jaja was hacked by an unknown person at his home in the Bandung Regency area, West Java at the end of March. His daughter was also a victim at that time.
As a result of this incident, Jaja was injured in the head and back of his neck so he had to get treatment.
