This Tattooed Man Has Made Residents Worried By Distributing Dangerous Hard Drugs

CILACAP - The Cilacap Police Narcotics Research Unit has again arrested a perpetrator of drug abuse and psychotropic drugs with the initials SR (36), a resident of Tritih Kulon Village, North Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency.

Cilacap Police Chief Kombes Fannky Ani Sugiharto through the Head of the Cilacap Police Narcotics Investigation Unit AKP Fuad explained that the disclosure and arrest began with information from the public regarding the circulation and abuse of narcotics which was already troubling in North Cilacap sub-district, Cilacap Regency.

Fuad said that the perpetrators were arrested on Monday, February 20 at around 15.30 WIB.

"This case of abuse of dangerous drugs was revealed based on information from the public and on the results of the investigation by officers who quickly followed up," he said in a written statement, Wednesday, February 22.

As a result of the arrests, the police confiscated 525 yellow pills marked DMP, consisting of 75 plastic clip packages, each containing 7 yellow pills marked DMP, IDR 190,000 in cash, 1 blue OPPO brand mobile phone, and one plastic bag green.

To account for his actions, the perpetrator was threatened with Article 196 in conjunction with Article 98 paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of RI Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health and/or Article 60 point 10 of RI Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation Amendment to article 197 of RI Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health.
