Polri Remains Cooperative With Komnas HAM Unveils FPI Laskar Case

JAKARTA - The Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi, said investigators would remain cooperative with Komnas HAM to help the investigation reveal the truth of the death case of six members of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Laskar.

"Investigators will continue to cooperate with Komnas HAM," said Brigadier General Rian as quoted by Antara, Monday, January 4.

This was said by Brigadier General Rian after his staff met with Komnas HAM at the Komnas HAM Office, Central Jakarta, Monday to attend the reconstruction test held by Komnas HAM. The reconstruction test was carried out in the parking area on the right side of the Komnas HAM office.

Komnas HAM member Beka Ulung Hapsara said that all the data and facts that had been collected were then consolidated by the team for finalization.

Komnas HAM then plans to announce the chronology of the unfortunate incident at the Jakarta-Cikampek Kilometer 50 toll road by next week.

Komnas HAM chairman Ahmad Taufan Damanik said Komnas HAM would base the chronology of the incident on the results of checking Jasa Marga's surveillance cameras (CCTV) as well as the results of ballistics and forensic tests.

The Komnas HAM Monitoring and Investigation Team claims to have known the details of the incident from checking the surveillance cameras.
