Ferdy Sambo was sentenced to life in prison. This is because he is known as the mastermind of the crime of the premeditated murder of Yosua alias Brigadier J.

"The legal fact is that it was true that on Thursday 7 July 2022, around the afternoon at Ferdy Sambo's house in Magelang, there was an affair between the victim Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J and Putri Candrawati," said the prosecutor.
