Promulgate The Gerindra-PKB Secretary With Cak Imin, Prabowo Calls The Solid Coalition To Face The 2024 General Election

JAKARTA - General Chairperson (Ketum) of the Gerindra Party Prabowo Subianto and PKB General Chair Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin inaugurated the Joint Secretariat (Sekber) on Jalan Jl. Ki Mangunsarkoro No. 1, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday, January 23.

The inauguration of the Gerindra-PKB Secretary was marked by band scissors carried out by the two party chairmen. In his remarks, Prabowo said the inauguration was a manifestation of the cooperation between the two political parties for the 2024 election which had been agreed upon at the Gerindra National Meeting last August.

"Today we officially opened the Gerindra-PKB Secretary as a form of implementation of the political cooperation that we decided and agreed on together a few months ago in Sentul, West Java, to be precise on August 13, 2022," Prabowo said at the Secretary, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday, January 23. The Minister of Defense emphasized that the inauguration of the Secretary and a sign that the PKB-Gerindra coalition was solid to face the 2024 General Election.

"So, today is proof that our cooperation is solid, our determination is solid, our spirit is high, our optimism is great, our great belief is to move forward to the people, to defend the interests of the people," said Prabowo.

Prabowo believes that later the Gerindra-PKB Secretary will not only be filled by only two parties. However, there are also other political parties that join.

"This is a clear start against a religious national party, a religious party that is national. We believe it is not only limited to the two parties," Prabowo said.

During the inauguration, Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Trustees Sandiaga Uno, Deputy General Chairperson (Waketum) of Gerindra Habiburokhman, Deputy Chairperson of Gerindra Sugiono, Deputy Head of Gerindra Fadli Zon, Deputy Head of Gerindra Budisatrio Djiwandono, to Chairman of DPD Gerindra DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria.

Then, PKB Deputy Chairman Ida Fauziyah, PKB Deputy Chairman Hanif Dhakiri, PKB DPP Chairman Daniel Johan, PKB DPP Chairman Faisol Riza, to PKB Faction Chair Cucun Ahmad Syamsurizal.
