Tito also assessed that synchronization also needs to be implemented between the central government and local governments. It is hoped that the synchronization of the scheme for providing social assistance between ministries, institutions, central and regional social assistance will be more targeted.

"Then also the synchronization of the central social assistance scheme with the regions, because these regions, level I and level II, and villages, have separate budgets, namely the social safety net budget in their 2021 APBD, both at level I and level II," he said.

According to Tito, data on recipients of social assistance or social assistance is often dynamic due to data changes, such as domicile and changes in professions, so that synchronization with local governments is needed for social assistance programs to be more targeted.

"Sometimes it changes, there are those who get social assistance, apologize, those whose domiciles have moved, some have changed their professions, such as having become members of the TNI-Polri, PNS, which they are no longer right to accept," he said.

Therefore, there needs to be a synchronization of the social assistance scheme. Then synchronization between the center and the regions also aims to provide assistance to recipients who have not been reached by central assistance.

"So that the regions are given their directions to cover the gaps, which is that the central government program does not reach those who deserve to receive it. It is given flexibility to the regions to cover those who should receive, but from the center they do not receive, this is covered by the regions. "He said.

In addition, Tito also highlighted the importance of establishing a "hotline" or "desk" to handle social assistance issues, so that regional heads can convey complaints and problems to the central government.

"Maybe it is focused on PMK or elsewhere, so that if there is a problem, the regional head does not accept it or the regional head wants to convey input, suggestions, criticism, etc., we will later direct him to convey the suggestions and input through the hotline. "He said.

After the synchronization of the data, he also emphasized that there is a need for mutual understanding between the central government and local governments, for example through coordination meetings, so that government programs and policies related to the distribution of social assistance can run well.
