Then the victim's uncle confirmed to BO regarding never entering school and it was known that he was still traumatized by sexual harassment by M when he was still in 6th grade. After hearing the story from the victim, finally the victim's uncle MM reported the incident to the North Coast Police with the police report LP/115/XI/2022/Polda LPG/Res Lambar/Sek Pesut, 10 November 2022. Then the West Lampung Police Criminal Investigation Unit PPA led by Ipda Baskoro Budihardjo secured the alleged perpetrator M at his residence.

"Now the alleged perpetrator M and evidence in the form of clothes for the victim are secured by the West Lampung Police PPA Unit for further investigation," added Ari. Perpetrator can be charged with Article 81 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 76D or Article 82 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 76E of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
