Lodewijk Said The PDIP Internally Was Broken With The Results Of The Ganjar And Puan Surveys, Banteng Volunteers: The Un Solid One Is Golkar

JAKARTA - The Democratic Struggle Volunteer (Repdem), was furious with the statement by the Secretary General of the Golkar Party, Lodewijk F Paulus, who said there were clashes within the PDI-P (PDIP) because of the survey results. It is known that Repdem itself is a PDIP wing organization that gathers pro-democracy movement activists. The General Chairperson of Repdem Wanto Sugito, assessed that the Secretary General of Golkar had used the New Order method or pattern in providing motivation to his cadres by intervening in the sovereignty of other parties.

"If you want to provide internal motivation, don't fight against other parties. Because the PDI-P is solid, guided, and rooted," said Wanto in his statement, Friday, December 23.

The former activist who graduated from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta reminded that authoritarian political interference was no longer suitable during the democratic era. Moreover, said Wanto, by pitting other party cadres against other party cadres. The former demonstrator of the 1998 Reform era then told the cruelty of the New Order in creating corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN). According to him, Lodewijk, who is also the deputy chairman of the DPR, does not understand political ethics at all.

"As a cadre, I emphasize that the PDI-P is solid, guided, and rooted in the people. Regarding the presidential election, all cadres understand that the decision is in the hands of the General Chairperson. He will make the best decisions for the party, people, nation, and state," he added.

This bull cadre advised Lodewijk to motivate internally in the right way, not to interfere in the affairs of other parties.

"Because what is not solid is Golkar, that's why electoral is low, that's the responsibility of the Secretary General of Golkar, don't be the brain of other parties," said Wanto again.

Therefore, the chairman of the South Tangerang City PDI-P DPC asked Lodewijk to immediately clarify and apologize publicly.

"Given that the Secretary General of Golkar has conveyed inappropriate information, I ask that he immediately clarify and apologize. Don't damage the relationship between government parties," he concluded.

Previously, the Secretary of Golkar, Lodewijk F Paulus, said that there was a commotion at the PDIP after the results of Ganjar Pranowo's electability survey defeated Puan Maharani. Initially, Lodewijk reminded the cadres about Golkar's commitment to win. He emphasized that this commitment must be realized in the field not only in the meeting room. According to him, there are two steps that must be taken to become winners. First, carrying out an 'air attack'. The air attack in question is socialization using banners, billboards, social media, to survey institutions. He considered that this method will be enough to influence the public and even divide the party. Currently, Lodewijk mentioned the PDIP issue.

"We can see the impact of the airstrikes on our neighbor, PDIP. When a Ganjar surveys are high, and a Puan surveys are low, what happens? We are still feeling the clashes inside. And until now we are still feeling it," said Lodewijk while giving a speech at the North Sumatra Golkar DPD Rapimda event in Medan, Thursday, December 22.

Lodewijk said the survey results did not only have an impact on PDIP but also on Golkar. Namely, there was a commotion in the DPR WhatsApp group because of that.

"Golkar is also the same, when the Golkar survey was low, maybe I didn't know my friends in the province, but at the center, in Jakarta, when our survey was down, someone became a defender, someone complained, but there were also those who survived. Finally we broke up, making a fuss in the WA group DPR RI," he said.

In addition to airstrikes, added Lodewijk, the next step is a 'land attack', which is a movement carried out directly by cadres.

"Who is the ground attack carried out by? The people we recruit, the people we invite. Not only us. We are still very lacking. This means we have to multiply our strength to achieve this victory," he explained.
